NPR College of Nursing & Research Institute was established in the year 2021, affiliated by Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council Chennai conducting the BSc Nursing course (4 Years) which is steadily growing and marching on the path of glory.

NPR College of Nursing & Research Institute and NPR College of Allied Health Science provides the best facilities to their students that leave a lasting impression in their mind of a student.

NPR College of Nursing & Research Institute and Allied Health Science is aimed to train the students to be catalysts in society to prevent diseases, heal the sick, take care of the needy, and rehabilitate the affected people. We focus on attitude building and personality development of students for providing quality patient care in the hospital and also the community setting.

NPR College of Nursing & Research Institute –Allied Health Science prepares the students to meet the concurrent health challenges among the people and they are ready to serve. We are developing leadership skills and group dynamics among our students for holistic client care according to their needs.

Providing Quality Education, student-centered Teaching-learning processes, and state-of-art infrastructure for professional aspirants hailing from both rural and urban areas. Imparting technical education that encourages independent thinking develops a strong domain of knowledge, hones contemporary skills, and positive attitudes towards holistic growth of young minds.

ELIGIBILITY

Candidates belonging to all categories for admission to the B.Sc., Nursing & Allied Health Sciences should have passed the qualifying examinations after a period of 12 years of study with the following subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Botany and Zoology. Every candidate before admission to the course shall submit the certificate of medical fitness from an authorized medical officer that the candidate is physically fit to undergo the academic course.

The minimum educational requirements shall be passing of Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (12 years course) (or) Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2), pre-degree examinations (10+2) (or) An equivalent with 12 years of schooling from a recognized Board or University with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English with minimum 45% marks (PCBE); for SC/ST candidates the minimum percentage of marks is 40% for Nursing, 35% for Allied Health Science.
